oKo (Overleg Kunstenorganisaties) is the Flemish Federation of Employers in the performing arts and music sector. Its members are organisations recognized and supported by the Flemish government.
oKo exchanges information on issues that may affect the working of its member organisations, and expresses collective views on behalf of its members. oKo is responsible for the follow-up of the governmental institutions’ activities, and Flemish cultural policy. Apart from that, oKo is the official employers’ representative in collective bargaining, both on a local and national level.
oKo is a member of Pearle*, the European League of Employers’ Associations in the Performing Arts Sector.
